Returns & Exchanges

AVSARAM accepts:

  • Returns for defective products
  • Returns for non-defective products
  • Product exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused
  • Products must be unwashed
  • Products must be in new condition only
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail/courier return.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be shared by our support team.

Free Return Label

Customers can download and print the return shipping label free of cost.

There are no return shipping charges for eligible returns.

Restocking Fees

AVSARAM does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Eligible non-defective products

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and package
  • Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly

Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked non-returnable)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
